Our School
We are an outdoor preschool serving children 2 years old – the entry of first grade. Children do not have to be potty trained. We closely follow the public school schedule and run from August – June with an optional summer camp possible in July. We are licensed for 30 children per day.
Daily Schedule
7:30-8:30am
Drop off for early arrivals. Free play outdoors beginning at 8am
8:30-9:30am
Outdoor exploration: art, math, science, dramatic play, language/literacy
9:30am
Snack and morning meeting: music and movement, large group literacy, math and science
10:15-11am
Small group provocations, garden or makerspace time and outdoor exploration: gross motor, art, math, science, dramatic play, language/ literacy
11-11:30am
Gross motor activities and lunch set up
12:15-2:30pm
Nap and quiet time (non nappers back outside at 1:30pm)
2:30-3:30pm
Snack, outdoor exploration and goodbye gathering/ story time
